- After fulfillment, orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days across the USA via USPS.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility it is in the hands of USPS, and delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays. Delivery estimates begin from the date of fulfillment, not the date the order is placed.
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To start a return, contact info@NoahsArkScans.com or +1-916-258-7092 with your order number.
- Items must come back unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were received.
- Every return is inspected on arrival — approval to send an item back is not the same as approval of the refund.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit (a digital gift card) within 10 business days.
We refund to your original payment method in two cases: you cancel before the order ships, or we confirm the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Some items are excluded from returns — see the full Refund Policy for the current exclusions. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us right away and we will make it right.

What your order pays for
The Durupınar formation sits in the mountains of eastern Turkey, near Mount Ararat. Our teams survey it with ground-penetrating radar, electrical resistivity tomography, and LiDAR to understand what lies beneath the surface.
That work takes equipment, permits, and people in the field, and merchandise is one of the ways it gets funded.
